i was thinking that we could do stats for all the council. each lord will be done by a different person, all you have to do is reply to this message saying wich lord you will do

the lord are as follows

Lord Kritslik=the seerlord
Lord Morskittar=clan Skryre
Greylord Skrisnik=clan skrisnik
Lord Burr=keeper of the temple
Lord Sneek=Clan Eshin
Greylord Azarskittar=Clan Khesherisk
Lord Paskrit=Warlord General of all Skavendom
Lord Verminkin=Clan Moulder
Lord Cratch-Doomclaw=Clan Rictus
Arch PlagueLord Nurglitch=Clan Pestilens
Lord Gnawdwell=Clan Mors
Lord Vitrik=Grey seer Clan Skatchr

Please note that I will be doing Lord Verminkin all other positions are currently open, please do not post stats for lord of decay that have already been taken. if you want to do a particular lord, just post his stats before anyone else.

i have also been informed that this topic has been discussed before and has always ended in a debate on weather they are normal skaven who are politicians, or a really good. i think it would be better if they were either good sorcerers of fighters

The following places have already been taken

Lord Verminkin: Warlord Arskittar
Lord Paskrit, Warlord General of all Skavendom: Chieftain Quickitt
Warlord Gnawdwell: Dreadlord blooay
Morskittar=Blitz
Nightlord Sneek=Warlord Xaltarx
Arch-plaguelord nurglitch=Darkminion
Clan Riktus dude= sqweel chewbone
Greylord Skrisnik=Snokruk the terror
Lord Burr=Warlord Snicketch

We've got quite a few discussions about these already, and it tends to lead to a debate as to whether the LoDs are all that more powerful physically than regular skaven lords or just really cunning politicians.

Not sure which one to do, I'll let you get the ball rolling?

i think it would be fair to say, to stop this from occuring. that they are mix between sorcerers and strong attackers, maybe a few are sneaky (so good special rules)

Sounds interesting, creating a skaven lord. If I could be allowed, I would trying to create the lord who rose faster than anyone else, Warlord Gnawdwell. cool.gif

Will post the stats as soon as possible. (after heavily thinking and redoing it over and over again.)

--------------------
Jezzail fire kills: Stardragon. Two giants. Seven blood knights. Eleven dragon princes. Bloodthirster.

Hellpit yay kills: 16 plague monks in one go. 7 chaos knights which had charged the hellpit.

I'll do Sneek since I have already designed some rules for him.

Nightlord Sneek

M-7
Ws-10
Bs-8
S-4
T-4
W-3
I-10
A-4
Ld-9

Equipment:
-3 Weeping Blades (+2 atks for extra weapons)
-Shadow Bands: Works like smoke bombs (6th ed version) but is reusable and works on a 3+.
-Cloak of Shadows: See Snikch 7th ed.
-The Fell stars: Range 12", Str 6, Causes D3 wounds, 2x shots per turn.

Special Rules:
-Hidden
-Scout
-Master Killer: Has Killing Blow which works on a 5+.
-Sensai (Same as Snikch 6th ed)
-Unbound grace: Sneek will always strike first in combat, even against enemies with Always strike first and I10. No rule, Item or anything else can overide this rule.
-Invisible to the naked eye: Has a 3+ Ward save.
-Master Infiltrater: 1 Gutter Runner unit in the army can be placed on the field after your enemy has finished deploying. (Sneek can be hidden or placed in this unit) This unit can be placed anywhere in your opponents deployment zone as long as they are at least 1" away from any enemy unit.
-The Nightlord: Sneek can only be taken in a minimum of 3000pt. He will always pass his Ld onto any Eshin unit within 12" of him. Gutter Runners count as a 2-1 Special choice in his army. If Sneek dies during the game all eshin units on the field must take a panic test.

Points: 700

cheers.

Good point. What about if instead of core they become a 2-1 special?

cheers.

I love it.
Maybe the ward save 3+ is what makes him so expensive, but I would say he costs way too much for being "just" a ultimate killer .)

Warlord Gnawdwell: 435 points.

Equipment: Gnawed blade, Gromst Shield, Darkwarp Armour and Standard of glorious horde.

Gnawed blade: Having carried this glorious blade through all of hes battles, Warlord Gnawdwell have not used it much, but the unstable energy there surges through this black blade makes it pulsate insanely. Gives Warlord Gnawdwell an additional attack in close combat and increases hes strength to 5. In addition, when used with Gromst shield, it gives the extra armour save, as a normal hand weapon and shield would give.

Gromst Shield: A very newly forged shield, Gnawdwell have had himself hired some assassins from clan eshin to fetch him some pure gromill from the longbeards, and together with clan skyre, creating this large shield. Gives a 5+ armour save (with Gnawed blade 4+) and magic resistance to him and hes unit of 2. In addition Warlord Gnawdwell can chose one opponent in base contact with him to lose one attack. In a challenge, this is increased to losing two attacks.

Darkwarp armour: Having discovered some darker colored warpstone there is even more concentrated, Warlord Gnawdwell have had this thick armour forged for hes very own protection. Any who dare to oppose Warlord Gnawdwell, wither before this mighty armour! Gives a 4+ armour save and for every successful armour save, the enemy who struck the blow will suffer a s 6 hit with no armour save allowed.

Standard of glorious horde: A banner there is stitched together from the warbanners of a thousand different countries, this banner rises above the masses and shines through to the hearts of all skaven. Hail Gnawdwell! In addition of always being the army's general, Warlord Gnawdwell will also count as the battle standard bearer of the army. In addition to the normal effect, three dices will be rolled for all breaktests for the skaven army and discarding the highest, when near 12 inches of the mighty warlord Gnawdwell!

Special rules:

Scurry away!
Strength in numbers
Verminous Valour
Superior skaven leadership!: All skaven units within 12 of Warlord Gnawdwell will re roll failed break tests.
One of the thirteen: The blessing of the horned rat is given to Gnawdwell and gives him a 4+ ward save. When Gnawdwell successfully saves a wound from hes ward save, the wound will be given on to a model in base contact with Gnawdwell, chosen by the player controlling Gnawdwell, who can then take an armour and ward save.

Interesting........ Just a question. If you have read Grey Seer, you will notice that Morskittars voice sounds as if he would be talking through a metal pipe. Should I give him Piebalds Pipes?
